I Am Glad I Was There!

This book was written for my grandchildren and great-grandchildren and for all children regardless of race, ethnicity, or country of origin, in order to present history not taught enough in schools. It highlights the fight for equality and justice for all Americans, no matter who you are or what you look like. This fight is still going on today and needs to be continued in order to ensure a better tomorrow.
