Here is a tongue-in-cheek photo guidebook that shows you how to select the ideal shelter dog when considering one for adoption. Every dog appearing on these pages was living at the Cleveland Animal Protective League at the time their pictures were taken, and was photographed while working and/or playing with the author in the course of his activities as a volunteer. This book is intended to capture the quirks, charm, and unwavering spirit of its subjects as they await adoption by their "forever families."
