Saving the Past

In December of 1960, President-Elect John F. Kennedy was targeted for assassination by a bigoted man who hated Kennedy’s politics, wealth, and religious affiliation. Thanks to a vigilant postmaster and Kennedy’s personal security, the plot failed.

But what if it had not?

In the year 2161, a group of religious zealots, Eternity, discovered a way to go back in time with the goal of ensuring that the Cuban Missile Crisis ends in the destruction of the human race.

Their plot is discovered by the Solar Federation, and two intrepid men are selected to foil Eternity’s plans. The winner of this race will determine whether the history of the past is destroyed or if the federation’s agents will succeed in saving the past.
