This early work by André Maurois was originally published in 1921 and we are now republishing it as part of our WWI Centenary Series. 'General Bramble' is a cute comic work and a sequel to 'The Silence of Colonel Bramble'. It is translated from the original French by Jules Castier and Ronald Boswell.
